Y.P.S.I. offers timely and professional service of your court
documents. If you provide a good address and Y.P.S.I. fail to serve your first run papers, you don't pay. Not
every P.I. agency or Process Server adheres to this policy. Be careful
before you give your hard earned money to a service company that takes your
money even when they fail to provide the service.
Y.P.S.I. can't offer this service for Alias
Summons papers or when the target is actively avoiding service. These are
papers that have been tried in the past and will likely require additional
legwork. Y.P.S.I. may need to interview the Plaintiff in the case
to obtain more information on the Defendant or Witness.
Many times the
Plaintiff can provide vehicle descriptions for the Defendant or Witness, or
knows where the Defendant or Witness works, plays, or hangs out with
friends. This information can be invaluable when it comes to finding the
"hard" serves.
If Y.P.S.I. fails to serve your papers because
you have an old or bad address for the Defendant or Witness, YPS
