SURVEILLANCE ($150 first hour/$100 thereafter)

Often the information we need cannot be found on our restricted internet sites, or provided by our resources, we have to come by it the old fashioned way. YPS and I can provide a written report of our observations or for an additional charge we can also provide video or still photographs of our target's activities. This technical surveillance is more difficult due to the constraints of equipment and our fees are commensurate. For technical surveillance you can add 50% to the hourly base rate. If the job requires two or more operators, add 50% of the base fee for each additional operator.
